Truly random — but we never schedule a delivery within 30 days of a major holiday (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.). The whole point is that the flowers arrive on an ordinary day. We also space deliveries out so all your surprises don't show up in the same month.
No. Only you (the buyer) get the 2-week heads-up email, in case the recipient's address has changed or you want to swap the recipient. The flowers are a complete surprise on their end.
Yes. You can list up to as many recipients as deliveries in your tier — so on the Quartet, you could send to four different people, or repeat the same recipient four times. Mix and match.
Reply to your heads-up email or contact us as soon as you can. As long as the order hasn't been placed with our florist network yet, we can adjust the address, swap the recipient, or skip the delivery.
We deliver to most major US metropolitan areas — the cities and surrounding suburbs where we have strong, vetted florist coverage. When you enter a recipient ZIP at checkout we'll let you know in real time whether we deliver there. If we don't yet, you can join our waitlist for that ZIP and we'll email you the moment we expand into your area.
